Business Development Manager
Sharon Hebert is the Business Development Manager of The Pinnacle Group. She is responsible for the execution and growth of Pinnacle's IBM maintenance business and the implementation of its IT Asset Contract Management Solutions system, a program that simplifies the ongoing IT needs of enterprise-level businesses.
Her 20 years in customer service and sales management allow her to anticipate clients' needs and market conditions, ranging from corporate entity creation to supply chain challenges. Sharon also develops new vendor relationships and oversees Pinnacle's marketing programs, claims, and compliance requirements. Since joining the team in 2007, she has maintained Pinnacle's IBM Premier Partner status every year and ensured that every member of its sales and technical teams hold and maintain multiple certifications.
Hebert is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and is IBM-certified in Power System Sales and Cloud Computing Infrastructure. Prior to Pinnacle, she worked in field sales and inside sales for DIS Research, LTD and Arrow Electronics in New York City.
She is also a huge baseball fan (go Red Sox!) who has a goal of attending a game in every Major League Baseball ballpark.
